  • If your family is new to Woodlands, you will be prompted to create a new account.

  • If you already have an account, enter your password and log in.

  • Whether you’re logging in for the first time ever or the first time this year, click your initials in the top right corner and select “My Family.”

  • Here you can setup a new family, add new members to your existing family, or update any information that may have changed from last summer.

WKND CAMP

When: March 13-15
Grades: 2-12
What is it: WKND Camp takes all the impactful moments and unforgettable experiences of a week of Traditional Camp and crams them into a WKND in March! Your camper's WKND will be filled with games, zip-lining, giant swinging, new friendships, intentional relationships, Bible studies… AND some incredible new features for 2026! All ages will attend on the same WKND this year (elementary on West, middle/high on East), so parents can drop the whole crew off and sneak away to the mountains! East and West will each have their own unique games, meals, chapels, and free times, but they will have a few hype shared experiences, as well! WKND Camp is designed for current elementary, middle, and high school campers and runs from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. Registration for WKND is open now! Register today!

MINI CAMP

When: May 21 - 23
Ages: 11 - 14
What is it: Mini Camp takes all the impactful moments and unforgettable experiences of a week of Traditional Jr. High Camp and crams them into 42 hours in May. Campers will arrive on Thursday afternoon and be picked up on Saturday morning. They will get to experience everything they get to experience in a full week of camp…. ONCE. So if you have a middle schooler who is nervous about a full week or overnight camp… this program is for you! If you have a middle schooler on the waiting list… this program is for you! If one week isn’t enough and your middle schooler wants to come and experience this brand new program, as well… this program is for you! Registration for Mini Camp opens Saturday, February 28.

FULL CAPACITY ON WEST!

The final two cabins at the new Woodlands West campus are currently under construction and will be done in May. When finished, they will enable 1,000 more boys and girls to attend Woodlands THIS SUMMER (and every summer!), experience an unforgettable week, and hear about Jesus!
