Do you have the desire to take the next step in your walk with God while serving in a camp setting? Through our leadership development programs, SALT and LITE, you get a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into making a week of camp successful—all while being intentionally invested in by some of our best counselors, who serve as mentors and teachers throughout your stay at Woodlands.

The SALT and LITE programs are designed to provide you with the opportunity to experience God like never before by learning, serving others, and developing as a leader. Woodlands uses everyday camp situations to develop strong leadership qualities and foster meaningful conversations in order to help you grow in your relationship with Jesus.

While these programs are rewarding, they are also challenging and require dedication, humility, and hard work. If you desire to serve as a member of SALT or LITE, I encourage you to pray, discuss this opportunity with your parents, and see the apply page for more information.
